It’s very important that you take your medicine every day. So if you think certain side effects may discourage you from taking your medicine, you should share that information with your doctor.

The most common side effects of GEODON are:

  • Feeling unusually tired or sleepy
  • Nausea or upset stomach
  • Constipation
  • Dizziness
  • Restlessness
  • Abnormal muscle movements, including tremor, shuffling, and uncontrolled involuntary movements
  • Diarrhea
  • Rash
  • Increased cough/runny nose

Tell your doctor if your treatment is causing you difficulties or discomfort. Don’t stop taking your medicine without talking to your doctor first.
